Much of your role involves managing budgets and allocating time and resources to support your projects, ensuring your team delivers their outputs on time and to the highest standard. Head of Performance salary expectations: £80,000 - £120,000

Due to your exposure to marketing and leading the performance of campaigns and strategies within an organisation, your credentials can transfer to other senior positions within the industry. Your ability to think critically and determine the best cause of action to meet a brand's needs makes you a highly sought-after commodity.
