From here, you will use social media insights tools and Google Analytics to track the progress of a brand's content, ensuring its goals and objectives are being achieved.

Managing platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and YouTube, you tailor your content to suit each platform. As a Head of Social or Social Media Director, you will oversee social and marketing teams. You will encourage collaboration and train staff on best practices for social media delivery. In addition, you will liaise with internal team members and external clients, ensuring your work is aligned with a company's values and has a positive impact.

Head of Social salary expectations: £70,000 - £100,000

From managing content for various online channels to leading and nurturing teams of digital marketers, you have the ability to progress in other senior-level positions. With a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including planning, developing and producing digital marketing campaigns and strategies for brands in a broad range of industries and specialisms, you could step into a role as Head of Digital. In this role, you will lead a group of individuals within an agency or an in-house marketing team. Here you will train and develop the career of individuals whilst also delivering results and progressing the online growth of organisations across the globe.

Salary Expectations: £80,000 - £120,000

With your exposure to the digital world, your credentials could see you transition into a senior marketing head position. You will be instrumental in creating and implementing global brand marketing campaigns and strategies. You will ensure all content is consistent with the brand's voice and values whilst using your analytical skills to monitor budgets and track the progression of your projects. Additionally, you will seek growth opportunities and liaise with the wider marketing and sales teams to identify methods to help transform brands.

Salary Expectations:  £75,000 - £120,000
