A leading energy services provider is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join its dynamic team and support the development of high-quality, winning proposals across a diverse range of energy and facilities management projects.

Role Overview

As a Bid Coordinator, you will work closely with business development, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to manage the bid process from opportunity identification to submission. You will ensure all submissions are professionally produced, comply with client requirements, and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to gather and format bid content
  • Ensure compliance with client instructions and internal governance
  • Produce compelling, high-quality proposal documents
  • Maintain bid library and support continuous improvement of bid materials
  • Assist in the development of case studies, CVs, and other supporting documents
  • Support post-submission clarifications and presentations as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a bid coordination or proposal support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with InDesign or similar desktop publishing tools (desirable)
  • Experience in the energy, engineering, or facilities management sector (advantageous)
