Bid Coordinator Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our growing business development and work-winning team. This is a key support role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and wants to develop within the bids and proposals profession.
You’ll be working as part of a collaborative team, helping coordinate and produce high-quality bid responses across a variety of sectors. The role combines project management, document control, and stakeholder liaison to ensure bids are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from bid/no-bid decisions to final submission.
- Maintain and update bid libraries, CVs, case studies, and project data.
- Create and manage bid schedules, trackers, and action plans.
- Support Bid Managers and technical leads with document formatting, compliance checks, and submissions.
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, commercial, marketing) to gather required content.
- Support post-submission activities, including clarifications and lessons learned.
- Monitor portals and tender alerts for relevant opportunities.
- Ensure consistent branding and formatting across all documents.
About You - Some experience in a bids, proposals, or administrative coordination role (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent written English and attention to detail.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- A team player who communicates well with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Familiarity with public sector procurement or frameworks (e.g., CCS, NHS, DfE) is a bonus.
