Bid Manager - £50,000 - £55,000 - Bristol

We are working with a top UK commercial law firm, looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across public and private sectors, driving impactful projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

The Bid Manager will:

• Lead bids from opportunity assessment to submission and pitch presentation.
• Prepare teams for pitch presentations by conducting rehearsals and providing feedback.
• Conduct and analyze bid feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and refresh our bid content library, including credentials, CVs, case studies, and policies.
• Track and circulate opportunities from various sources daily.
• Produce MI reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide bids training to legal teams.
• Develop and oversee a Bids Executive.

Essential Skills:

• Proven track record of leading large, complex bids within a professional services environment.
• Experience with public sector or housing bids is advantageous.
• Excellent bid writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and tender portals.
