Campaign Manager
Remote with travel to Edinburgh HQ once a month

3Search are delighted to be partnered with a purpose-led D2C business in the pet wellness space. The business has scaled to £30m in 7 years, is well backed financially, and continues to scale in a fast-growth category. They are now seeking to hire a permanent Campaign Manager to work cross-functionally to plan and deliver acquisition campaigns across offline channels including ATL. Working closely with both the digital performance and brand/content teams, this role collaborates with multiple teams to implement campaigns that broaden brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning, coordination and execution of all integrated marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaign planning, with effective messaging at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel, and proposal of appropriate budget allocation
- Managing TV and other offline media, such as direct mail, OOH and radio, working alongside the Digital Growth Managers to ensure all media is planned and optimised
- Collaborating with data and brand teams with utilisation of persona and behavioural insights to elevate campaign performance
- Successfully forecasting campaign performance and effectively tracking and reporting
- Effectively using data insight and experience to make recommendations for budgets
- Management of external agencies
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in planning and delivering ATL marketing campaigns
- Experience from a D2C/B2C retail brand ideally
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing external agencies
- A collaborative approach, a real team player with the ability to work with others and work cross-functionally
- Be confident in generating weekly and monthly trade reports- a strong communicator and comfortable presenting
- Experienced in TV and print media planning and measurement
- Knowledgeable on performance marketing measures
- Experienced in managing budgets
- Understanding of attribution models would be highly advantageous
- Naturally curious with a passion for data and customer insight with knowledge of customer targeting and segmentation principles
