Content Manager – Ideas. Energy. Originality. - Central London | Hybrid (2 days office)
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + bonus + private healthcare

We're looking for a
Content Manager who lives and breathes
ideas. Someone who
thinks in campaigns,
writes with flair, and has a
finger on the pulse of culture, content trends, and audience behaviours.
You’ll be dreaming up the kind of internal campaigns that turn heads inside global brands — from
films, podcasts and activations, to
workshops and environment branding. If you don’t get excited about
fresh thinking,
pop culture, or
taking inspiration from outside-in, this won’t be for you.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the content ideation process – your job is to crack the concept
- Turn big thinking into strategic content plans clients buy into
- Create punchy copy, scripts, treatments and response decks
- Work closely with in-house designers, film-makers and brand strategists
- Mine insights from social media, podcasts, blogs & current affairs — always chasing what’s next
You must have:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a creative agency or content team
- A strong portfolio showing work that’s smart, striking and ideas-led
- Brilliant copywriting, editing and conceptual storytelling skills
- Experience across internal campaigns, or the ability to pivot from external comms
- Genuine love for brands, content culture, and all things creative
