With an ambitious growth trajectory and a strong foothold across the UK and Europe, they’re looking for a talented Digital Design & Creative leader to elevate their visual identity across all channels and touchpoints. What they need – - Someone who can confidently lead the creative direction of a D2C brand with a clean, compelling and conversion-focused visual identity
- A digital native who thrives in ecommerce and understands how to design for performance as well as aesthetic appeal
- Someone experienced in crafting UX/UI design for high-performing consumer websites, with a deep understanding of CRO best practices
- A designer who’s equally confident in campaign thinking, brand look and feel, and the day-to-day of social first content
- Someone who can inspire and collaborate across teams, bringing strong communication skills and commercial thinking
- A great IC who can be on the tools but also bring the bigger blue sky thinking and vision to elevate the creative output for the business
What you're great at – - Working in Figma with a strong UX/UI sensibility and a passion for optimising ecommerce experiences
- Leveraging CRO insight to enhance digital journeys and maximise user engagement and conversion
- Building and evolving brands through digital, packaging, social and campaign design
- Delivering across the Adobe Creative Suite with precision and creativity
- Managing creative projects end-to-end with clarity, autonomy and an eye for detail
