I am working with an award-winning Property Developer, who are renowned for building a range of homes across the South of England. They are a Top 10 UK Housebuilder, and are known for their high-quality homes, and exceptional customer service.
  
My client are looking to take their business to the next level and increase sales. After implementing a new CRM system 18 months ago, they are expanding their team and looking for an expert to leverage this system. You will be the go-to person, and will ensure that the platform is fully optimised to support the sales and marketing teams with lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting.
  
The CRM Executive will:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM system
• Analyse data and use it for forecasting, trend analysis, and identify areas for process improvement
• Train new and existing employees on how to utilise the platform, to ensure successful implementation and usage

  
Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience managing a CRM system
• Highly analytical and data driven
• Able to analyse and create dashboards
• Strong communication skills - able to report back to senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
