Role Overview and Features:

The CRM Executive will play a key role in aligning CRM efforts with the overall business vision. This includes implementing strategies to maximise customer engagement and data utilisation across multiple channels. The CRM Executive will collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and various squads to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in CRM management, especially in subscription-based or e-commerce businesses.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and data integration.
• Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from customer data.
• Success in developing personalised customer journeys.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, across multiple squads and sprints.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
