I'm partnering with one of Manchester's most exciting direct to consumer successes. It has exploded on to the scene by tapping in to different sub-cultures, selling products that resonate with its core customer.

As a CRM marketer it is a bit of a dream to work for a business that nurtures its brand, and garners a quasi fanatical following by tuning in to its customer base.

The role:

• Manage strategy for retention
• Drive customer LTV, and repeat rate by driving brand engagement
• Manage multi-channel communications across email, SMS, push and more
• Help define customer segments, and tailor a strategy that hits the right inbox with the right message at the right time
• Tap in to your inner entrepreneur and experiment, fail fast, and innovate
