The CRM Manager will lead the strategy and execution of personalised CRM programmes across multiple channels – including email, SMS, push notifications, and website personalisation. The CRM Manager will harness the power of customer data to shape journeys that deliver meaningful, mission-aligned content. With a focus on customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle engagement, the CRM Manager will work cross-functionally to implement intelligent, insight-led campaigns that drive measurable performance and foster true brand advocacy.
Essential Skills: - Strong experience in CRM strategy and customer journeys
- Deep knowledge of platforms like Bloomreach, Braze or similar
- Excellent analytical skills and data segmentation expertise
- Confidence with A/B testing, cohort analysis and campaign optimisation
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting
