Role Overview The CRM Manager will have the full ownership of the CRM channel, and will be the first hire ever for the business in CRM. You will lead data-driven strategies to build loyalty, enhance customer relationships, and drive retention. You will develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage customers through email, retention & loyalty programs.
Essential Skills
Proficient in CRM platforms like Klaviyo and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Strong experience in Email Marketing & desire to open up new channels (SMS & Push)
Entrepreneurial mindset, and comfortable setting up CRM from scratch.
