🚀 Impact and Opportunities:

As a Digital Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming our client's digital channel and growing their fantastic brand.

This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, such as CRM, Marketing, and Paid Search, while reporting directly to the Head of Digital. You will be at the forefront of shaping projects and using your initiative to seek out opportunities in a highly collaborative environment.



👨‍💻 As a Digital Analyst, you will:

  • Monitor and report on analytics data from Google Analytics, Contentsquare and Hotjar to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  • Develop conversion optimisation proposals for elements such as landing pages and lead generation forms, leading project planning and implementation end-to-end with support from the Head of Digital and the rest of the team.
  • Work with the creative team to develop and launch new visual assets to improve the website.
  • Run A/B tests to ensure maximum ROI from your optimisations and regularly share your findings with the business.
  • Utilise tools such as HotJar and Optimizely to provide insights into customer motivations and pain points.
  • Stay focused on market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to keep the team informed of any competitor activity or emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure the website operates at a high standard, including implementing and maintaining SEO best practices.



🔧 What do you need to apply to this job:

  • At least 1 year of experience working for a digital brand, ideally in the retail/ecommerce space
  • Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Experience using Excel
