6 MONTH FTC - EMAIL & DIGITAL DESIGN FOR D2C SUBSCRIPTION BUSINESS

This brand is the leader in its field when it comes to truly personalised service for their customers. The UK's leading business in this category, they are undergoing a big migration project with a strong focus on the CRM and personalisation capability. As such they need to add some design muscle to their CRM team for the next 6 months.

What they need -

• A digital native designer with real strengths in terms of email design for another online retailer
• Someone who understands the nuances of CRM and creating seamless customer journeys through their design output
• A confident collaborator who can work cross-functionally with the wider team (product, UX, design etc)
• Ideally someone who's worked in an ecommerce brand with subscription services
• Someone to start asap and help them elevate their email and digital marketing design and support the overall CRM roadmap

What you're great at -

• Translating brand identity through best-in-class digital marketing collateral
• Designing exceptional email creative, ensuring each customer touchpoint drives brand engagement and customer retention
• Taking customer insights to inform your creative decision making
• Supporting ecommerce brands by creating dynamic emails, banners, social assets and customer journeys
