DIGITAL & GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIALIST - CHALLENGER BRAND IN FINANCIAL SERVICES
6 month FTC (maternity cover) - potentially longer
LOCATION - UK, with ability to travel to one of the following offices on a bi-weekly basis -

This wealth management & investment service provider have scaled quickly over the past few years, and provide industry leading advice to their valued clients in the UK. With a strong focus on their evolving brand identity there's a great opportunity to join the business on a 6 month FTC, supporting across all digital & graphic design for their Bids & Marketing teams.
What they need -
- Someone who understands the pace of life in a financial services business, with prior exposure in a similar industry (financial, professional services etc)
- A seasoned graphic designer with a track record of working on bid proposals - designing RFPs in Word, and ensuring the best chance of success for the Bids team
- Someone who's as confident creating pitch proposals as they are designing digital marketing collateral (social media campaigns, emails, web assets)
- A strong communicator who can liaise with the marketing, comms & bids teams to digest design briefs and turnaround projects quickly
- Someone to serve as brand guardian across all touchpoints - whether that be a powerpoint presentation, an RFP, a printed flyer, web banners or a new email campaign
What you're great at -
- Designing branded comms and marketing collateral for another large business, ideally in the financial or professional services sector
- You know your way around the Adobe Suite like the back of your hand, as well as being a true expert when it comes to Microsoft Word & Powerpoint (inbedding infographics, using quick parts, and injecting your creative magic into external facing documents like RFPs)
- Any animation or video experience would be highly desirable
- Bringing your visual design skills to all creative briefs, ensuring all print & digital marketing collateral are aligned with the brand TOV, delivering compelling content for the business
- Digesting multiple briefs from multiple stakeholders - working closely with Bids teams, digital and offline marketing professionals, and liaising with freelance designers as well
