The Role We are seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a
12-month maternity cover contract. This is a critical role within the marketing and communications team, responsible for driving our digital strategy and managing key channels to support the firm’s brand and business development goals.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.
- Oversee website management (including content updates, analytics, SEO).
- Manage email marketing and CRM campaign delivery.
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met across all communications.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies on digital design, development, and campaign optimisation.
- Analyse digital performance metrics and provide reporting insights to stakeholders.
- Support internal communications and event promotion through digital tools.
About You - Proven experience in digital marketing within asset management or broader financial services is essential. Please do not apply if you dont have this sector experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
- Confident managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Experience with CRM and email marketing systems (Salesforce, Pardot, or equivalents).
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
