The Head of Brand will own the global brand strategy, shaping the story, driving campaigns, and making sure the brand connects across every touchpoint, from local gyms to major international events.

What You'll Do
– Set the vision and voice of the brand across all markets
– Run creative campaigns that grow awareness and boost participation
– Support global rollouts and make sure local teams stay on-brand
– Build buzz through media, influencers, and community partners
– Lead and grow a marketing team that thrives on ideas and impact

You Will Need
– Strong track record in brand leadership, ideally in sport, fitness or events
– Confident leading global campaigns and multi-channel marketing
– Skilled at storytelling, strategy, and spotting new market opportunities
– Able to inspire teams and manage senior stakeholders
– Passionate about fitness, innovation, and building communities
