£80,000–£110,000 base + bonus scheme

The Head of Brand Marketing will work at the intersection of brand identity and commercial strategy. You will lead integrated campaigns that boost awareness, customer loyalty and growth across global markets.
The Head of Brand Marketing will:
• Lead a multi-channel brand calendar across PR, influencer, social, partnerships and experiential
• Turn creative vision into compelling campaigns in collaboration with the Creative Director
• Oversee CRM and email marketing, optimising brand storytelling and loyalty content
• Drive organic social strategy and manage influencer and ambassador initiatives
• Own the brand marketing budget and measure campaign ROI with precision
You will need:
• 6+ years in brand marketing, ideally in D2C or high-growth consumer settings
• A strategic yet hands-on mindset with sharp commercial instincts
• Experience across email, PR, influencer, partnerships and social
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and agency partnerships
• Confidence navigating data and customer insights to refine messaging
