About the Role
As Head of Brand Marketing / Director, you'll take the reins on brand strategy, campaign execution, and creative leadership. From ideating iconic drops to building unforgettable collaborations, your work will define the brand's image and influence across digital, social, and experiential channels.
This is more than a marketing role—it's a cultural leadership position.
Key Responsibilities: - Brand Strategy & Positioning – Refine and amplify the brand’s DNA across all channels and territories.
- Creative Direction – Lead compelling campaigns and content across digital, social, experiential, and PR. Set the tone, style, and voice of the brand.
- Team Leadership – Inspire and grow a high-performing marketing team, and manage agencies and freelancers across paid media, content, and email.
- Influencer & Social Media Strategy – Own organic growth, influencer activation, and community engagement—especially across TikTok and Instagram.
- Collaborations & Culture – Identify cultural moments and collaborators that drive visibility and desirability.
- Analytics & Performance – Leverage data to optimise spend, performance, and marketing impact—without losing cultural authenticity.
Who You Are
- 8+ years in fashion or streetwear marketing, ideally in high-growth, digitally-native brands.
- Strong strategic mind with proven campaign success—especially in the e-commerce space.
- Deep knowledge of streetwear culture, its nuances, and how to connect authentically.
- Confident leading a varied marketing team and coordinating with founders, agencies, and external partners.
- Equally creative and analytical: storytelling and spreadsheets are both your tools.
- A digital native with sharp instincts for platform trends, particularly TikTok and emerging channels.
