The
HubSpot Lead will champion the end-to-end use of HubSpot across the business, owning the roadmap, elevating campaign delivery, and ensuring marketing and sales operate in sync via smart integrations.
The HubSpot Lead will: - Own platform strategy, adoption, and optimisation across a global marketing function
- Set up and fine-tune workflows, automations, emails and journeys to drive engagement
- Partner with IT to support a stable, scalable link between HubSpot and Dynamics 365
- Deliver internal training and create resources to build user confidence and consistency
- Identify opportunities for smarter processes and automation across the MarTech stack
You Will Need: - Solid hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM in a commercial setting
- Fluency in digital marketing principles and data structuring best practices
- Technical understanding of platform integrations
- Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus points for HubSpot accreditations and CRM migration experience
