The Internal Communications Manager will own the internal messaging strategy across the organisation crafting campaigns, aligning channels, and ensuring every employee feels informed, involved, and inspired.
  
The Internal Communications Manager will:
– Build and execute internal comms plans tied to business priorities
– Own storytelling for major initiatives: from strategy rollouts to change programmes
– Work with leadership to shape clear, engaging messages
– Improve reach and engagement across intranet, email, events, and more
– Create a consistent, inclusive tone of voice across all internal platforms
  
You Will Need:
– Proven experience in internal comms or employee engagement
– Excellent copywriting and editing skills
– Experience in a fast paced consumer organisation
