We’re working with a leading tech solutions business that’s scaling fast—and doing it right. They're known for their standout culture, consistent growth, and a track record of winning complex, high-value bids across both the public and private sectors.
As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Junior Bid Manager to join their central Bid team and support in delivering high-quality, high-impact submissions.
The role:
This is a great step up for someone with bid or proposal experience who’s looking to sharpen their craft in a high-performing team. You’ll play a key part in coordinating, writing, and shaping bid responses—working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Drafting, editing and reviewing bid responses
- Managing timelines and deliverables across internal teams
- Keeping bid libraries and templates up to date
- Supporting on public sector frameworks and compliance
- Bringing ideas to improve processes and win rates
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience in bids, proposals, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Sharp writing skills and attention to detail
- A natural organiser—able to juggle priorities and manage up when needed
- Someone who’s commercially switched-on and eager to learn
- Bonus if you’ve worked in tech, public sector, or on frameworks—but not a dealbreaker
