About the Role:We’re seeking a commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activity in the German market for one of our long-standing clients in the FMCG consumer wellness space. This is a pivotal role focused on hands-on execution in the short term, with the opportunity to evolve into a more strategic leadership position over time.
This person will drive brand awareness, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and help shape the future of brand presence in Germany. You will be the main point of contact for a newly onboarded media agency, responsible for managing and optimising campaigns with significant TV and digital budgets

Key Responsibilities: - Marketing Execution
- Lead day-to-day marketing initiatives focused on execution in the German market.
- Deliver against business goals through TV, digital, and performance marketing.
- Support new product development (NPD) launches, with a major release planned for 2026.
- Evolve the brand's reach from online-dominant to include in-store retail expansion.
- Agency Management
- Own and lead the relationship with our new media agency.
- Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and manage €5–6M advertising spend.
- Deliver both brand-building and performance TV campaigns.
- Market Strategy & Consumer Targeting
- Localise campaigns and messaging for cultural relevance in Germany.
- Refine audience strategy to include a younger demographic
- Evaluate and potentially refresh the brand ambassador strategy—a high-impact initiative.
- Commercial & Analytical Focus
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise in real-time.
- Translate data insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with a small, entrepreneurial team including senior leadership.
- Participate in creative development alongside the CEO and Marketing Director.
Must-Haves: - Fluent in German and English – essential for campaign localisation and team communication.
- Commercially driven – strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and ROI.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets (€2M+), ideally in TV and digital channels.
- Proven ability to manage and influence external agencies.
- Track record of driving brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with minimal hierarchy or process.
- Able to thrive within a lean, entrepreneurial team.
- Willingness to work from the Bracknell office at least 1 day per week.
