3Search is delighted to be partnering with an independent, boutique luxury travel, property and private membership business. Working closely with the Co-Founders you will drive and support the growth of this ambitious brand through marketing initiatives.

This role will be the driving force behind the marketing strategy; you will lead the development and planning of day-to-day brand marketing activities across social media, DM/print, email marketing, content, website, events, campaign planning, partnerships and communications. You will work closely with the Co-Founders to devise a marketing strategy/roadmap and calendar that aligns the three divisions building brand awareness within targeted luxury HNW & UHNW audiences.

You will work closely with the Travel, Property & Private Membership divisions to elevate the brand and grow the business. Managing both external agencies, you will direct and manage them to implement your roadmap as well as creative campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines and strategy.

The role will report directly to the Co-Founders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strategic, integrated 360, TTL marketing approach and be someone who is hands on and excels working within a small, entrepreneurial business environment in a period of rapid growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Management of external agencies (digital and PR)
  • Brand strategy, guardianship, messaging and positioning- with a focus on aligning the Oliver Bernard stable of brands
  • Leading Partnership/PR marketing activities
  • Leading paid & Organic social media strategy
  • Email marketing/CRM strategy and ownership of campaigns including lead generation
  • Management of print/DM campaigns and strategy
  • Leading multi-channel Content marketing strategy and activities

  • An understanding and appreciation of HNW/luxury target audience is key
  • Proven track record of implementing content marketing roadmap and strategies
  • Strong grasp of commercials and business acumen
  • Additional languages, a bonus but not essential
