3Search are delighted to be partnering once again with a global FMCG company who are looking for an energetic and established Marketing Manager to help transform and refresh one of their most healthy brands in the portfolio. With a strong market share in it's category, this brand needs a Marketing Manager who will take ownership of strategy and be able to make an impact from day one. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will own the brand plans from day 1, helping to drive this brand forward for it's next chapter of growth. This is a fully integrated, 'classic' 360 brand management role which will encompass everything from brand strategy for the UK market, all comms with a digital-first strategy, as well as working closely with the Innovation Manager to feed into NPD ideas. You will have 1 direct report (a Senior Brand Manager). To thrive in the role it'll help if you have a passion/affinity for healthy food/lifestyle and wellbeing 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams 
  • Developing annual brand plans- ensuring consumer insights are at the heart 
  • Management of 360 integrated campaigns
  • Defining and leading annual media strategy
  • Managing the annual marketing/media budget (circa £1 million)
  • Supporting the Innovation Manager with brand innovation pipeline
  • Working with the global brand team/internal studio on long-term campaign creative
  • Ownership of the brand's digital and social presence (including developing influencer initiatives)
  • Ownership of the brand's partnership activities and campaigns
  • Leading on consumer activation plans 
  • Management of 1 direct report 
  • Management of external agencies 

Key Skills:

  • Commercially-savvy approach with great business acumen
  • Pro-active and self-motivated approach- able to work autonomously 
  • A proven track record of working within FMCG- ideally food brands 
  • Appreciation for both a corporate and agile working environment - this role will give you the best of both worlds! 
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple work-streams
  • Confident stakeholder manager and familiar pitching/presenting to C-suite
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL channels as media planning 
  • Proven track record of planning and delivering an NPD pipeline

  • This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home (you can choose which days you go into the office)
