I am working with one of the largest Financial Institutions in the world, who are looking to expand their dynamic marketing team!

My client are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing for their Specialty division. This is an amazing opportunity to join a very well-known brand, with a great culture, and make a real impact on the key strategic decisions.

 

The Marketing Manager will:

  • You will serve as the trusted business marketing partner and advisor for the specialty line of business.
  • Devise comprehensive, multi-channel strategic marketing plans to support the business objectives and build brand awareness.
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with marketing strategy and adhere to the unique brand identity, differentiators, and narrative.
  • Collaborate with central marketing teams and channel specialists to support strategic marketing delivery and create compelling multi-channel campaign activities.
  • Seek opportunities to innovate strategic brand creative with each division by collaborating with in-house designers.
  • Consistently measure the success of marketing activities and incorporate learnings to guide future initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue PR opportunities, working with central marketing specialists to maximize publicity.
  • Lead your direct team, the broader marketing team, and divisional stakeholders in best practices for copywriting, content creation, brand awareness, brand engagement, lead generation, digital marketing, social media marketing, PR, advertising, event marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ensure the ongoing management and accuracy of the website content.

 

Required skills and responsibilities:

  • Previous experience working in Specialty Insurance.
  • Significant experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Proven-track record of improving brand equity and increasing lead-generation activity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade stakeholders towards positive, commercially-focused outcomes.
