The New Branches Marketing Lead will drive visibility and growth for each new location, developing launch campaigns and ensuring each branch opens with real impact.
Role Highlights – Shape go-to-market strategies for every new branch opening across the UK
– Craft multi-channel campaigns—digital, offline and hyper-local
– Collaborate closely with central marketing, regional leaders, and external agencies
– Lead on collateral creation, from launch events to brand signage
– Regularly visit new branches to support community engagement efforts
You Will Need – 5+ years' marketing experience with a focus on local, retail, or branch rollouts
– Strong creative and communication skills, both written and visual
– Proven ability to interpret data and pivot strategies where needed
– Comfortable engaging stakeholders from execs to community managers
– Energetic, proactive mindset with a passion for doing things better
