The Retention Lead will lead multi-channel CRM and loyalty strategy across two well-known global brands, driving customer engagement, advocacy, and long-term revenue growth.
Role Highlights
Develop and execute CRM retention plans across email, SMS, print, and loyalty channels
Own customer segmentation strategy and lead international lifecycle campaigns
Optimise customer journeys, from onboarding to winback, across multiple regions
Collaborate cross-functionally with acquisition, web, and marketing teams
Track KPIs weekly, using insights to iterate and improve strategy
You Will Need
Proven senior-level CRM experience across ecommerce or subscription models
Expertise in segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and loyalty schemes
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and platforms like Shopify, Trustpilot, or Attentive
A data-driven mindset and confidence using analytics to drive results
Experience managing CRM agencies and building out internal capability
