Role Overview: The Senior Bid Manager will lead the bid process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals to both potential and existing clients. Reporting to the Business Development Director, this role is crucial in identifying business opportunities, managing bid submissions, and influencing the company's market position and growth. This is a new role created due to the company's ongoing expansion.

Role Features:

  • The Senior Bid Manager will map the market, identify, evaluate, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • The role requires overseeing the entire bid process, from preparation and submission to follow-up and procurement post-contract award.
  • The Senior Bid Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling bid proposals.
  • The role involves conducting bid reviews and debriefs to continuously improve the bid process.
  • The Senior Bid Manager will maintain a comprehensive bid library to enhance future efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record in bidding for facilities management contracts or SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including HubSpot, Tender and Procurement Portals, Contracts Advance, and Microsoft Office.
