We're partnering with a beautiful lifestyle retailer who ensure all their products are sustainable & natural, allowing customers to elevate the look and feel of their homes whilst also having a positive impact on the planet. As their small but mighty team are set to launch new product lines in the months ahead, they're looking for a Senior Digital Designer who can help elevate the digital brand experience across multiple touchpoints.


What they need –


  • Someone to spearhead the brand's creative direction, crafting captivating content and campaigns for new homeware and lifestyle product ranges
  • From concept to execution, you'll shape the brand's aesthetic across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • A digital native designer, with a background in offline design who can confidently oversee the brand experience and aesthetic rolled out across both print and digital assets
  • Someone who can jump between multiple business priorities - one minute you might be designing email & social media marketing, the next you'll be working on shoots to ensure the content captured is encapsulating the brand aesthetic and is appropriate for the various channels
  • A designer who can deliver across paid and owned marketing, as well as inputting into the evolving brand aesthetic for new product launches


What you're great at –


  • Managing all on and offline branded content, ideally for another online retailer
  • Fashion brand exposure would be HIGHLY desirable as the importance of seasonality in terms of new product drops continues to emerge
  • Confident creating beautiful assets and engaging content across email, social, motion graphics etc
  • Also very capable at turning your hand to ad-hoc print requirements (look books, packaging, offline branded assets)
  • Thriving in a small but well supported team & business - not afraid to jump into new tasks, supporting on photo shoots, managing social media quality, editing imagery for campaigns etc
  • Capable of working autonomously alongside senior business stakeholders and multiple third party contributors, championing the aesthetic of the business, and serving as brand guardian in terms of all visual content
