Senior Digital Designer

12 MONTH FTC- FAST GROWING D2C RETAILER (SUBSCRIPTION)

With exciting expansion plans in store, this specialist online retailer are looking to bring in some senior digital design capability to their team on a 12 month FTC. Looking after enhancements to the website as well as overseeing the customer experience across other digital touchpoints, this is a key addition to their team ahead of a rebrand that will be rolled out later this year.

What they need -

• Someone who understands how to design online user journeys, to maximise customer engagement and ultimately conversion
• Working alongside an agile team, you'll be working on optimisation initiatives, redesigning web experiences for their customers
• A data-centric designer who informs all design decision making with data and research
• Someone who understands ecommerce best practice and who strives to create the most intuitive customer journeys across all touchpoints (web, email etc)
• A curious and capable designer who can work under their own steam, using their initiative to spot opportunities to improve site experience to deliver against growth metrics
• Someone who understands how to balance functional ecommerce design without ever compromising on the visual quality and continuity of the brand

What you're great at -

• Delivering exceptional design solutions for another online retailer, overseeing both UX & UI across mobile and web
• Identifying design problems and opportunities to improve customer journey and overall site experience
• Confident taking design decisions that refine the site & customer experience across all touchpoints
• Using data & research to inform your design thinking, balancing the needs of site optimisation with brand and creative
• Thriving in an environment where they're building the rocket as they go (!) not afraid to work autonomously at times, to support the ongoing evolution of the digital customer experience
