The Senior Marketing Manager will lead strategic, insight-driven initiatives to drive brand visibility, campaign impact and client engagement across a sophisticated multi-channel landscape.
The Senior Marketing Manager will: – Lead data-informed campaigns across HubSpot, social, email and events, aligning tightly with sales
– Own account-based marketing strategy for key accounts, with tailored content and engagement pathways
– Run the full client satisfaction programme, managing supplier relationships and delivering NPS insights
– Oversee all aspects of sponsorships, partnerships and event presence, from strategy to KPIs
– Report on ROI, lead generation, audience engagement and marketing contribution to revenue
You Will Need: – 5–7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional or financial services
– Strong grasp of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred), data segmentation and CRM journeys
– Proven track record in sales enablement, content-led campaigns and stakeholder alignment
– Experience leading a small team and managing agencies or outsourced partners
– Exceptional organisation and project management skills across multiple live campaigns
