Senior Retention Manager

6 month contract (potential to become permanent)

The Company:

This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a well-known e-commerce business with over 60 million active users, seeking a strategic and creative Senior Retention Manager. You will help build and execute a best-in-class CRM strategy and manage the voucher strategy planning and delivery across both short-term and longer-term campaigns.

 

The ideal candidate will thrive on working omnichannel with a customer-first mindset, and the ability to define strategy and drive implementation. A proven track record of delivering commercial growth through CRM and personalisation strategies is a must.

 

The CRM Specialist will:

  • Drive uptake of our loyalty scheme through best in class CRM
  • Manage end to end delivery of monthly vouchering campaigns and trade driving initiatives, tracking and reporting against key KPIs
  • Manage a budget of £10m+ spanning multiple verticals
  • Create, own and drive Marketing vouchering strategy, planning & execution
  • Be comfortable managing a large customer data set, with proven experience in building recommendations for new approaches and Test & Learn.
  • Manage 1x Direct report

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years digital marketing experience, gained in a CRM centric space from either client/agency side
  • 2-4 years experience operating at a CRM Manager level, managing at least 1 direct report
  • Experience of working within Braze, SFMC or similar ESPs
  • Solid understanding of data management, analysis and reporting, at a campaign, customer and commercial level
  • Experience planning multi channel marketing at a campaign and programme level
