This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a well-known e-commerce business with over 60 million active users, seeking a strategic and creative Senior Retention Manager. You will help build and execute a best-in-class CRM strategy and manage the voucher strategy planning and delivery across both short-term and longer-term campaigns.
The ideal candidate will thrive on working omnichannel with a customer-first mindset, and the ability to define strategy and drive implementation. A proven track record of delivering commercial growth through CRM and personalisation strategies is a must.
