The Company

Super excited to be working exclusively with a global investment platform that is available in over 100 different countries across the world.

I’m looking for a confident Social Media Manager to manage the UK market and cover all global channels for the business. It’s crucial for this business that you understand how each channel works and you have experience working in a regulated and compliant company.

This role reports to the Head of Social and you will also be part of a wider Social media team that covers social media in various countries. There is lots of scope with this business to produce some exciting, compelling content and manage a strategy.

What will you be doing?

  • Help develop and execute our social media content strategy, crafting engaging and shareable content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Write and edit social media content, including posts, captions, and hashtags, that are both informative and entertaining.
  • Manage and grow our social media communities by interacting with followers and fans, responding to comments and messages.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and best practices, continuously improving content and strategy based on the latest insights and data.
  • Manage ad-spend budgets set-up and optimize paid campaigns against set KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning social media assets that complement your written content.
  • Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content and identify areas for improvement.

You must have:

  • Experience or keen interest in Financial Markets – or a regulated industry
  • Proven experience as a social media manager with 4+ years’ experience
  • Highly proficient English writing skills. Copywriting experience is a significant advantage.
  • Editing skills with a keen eye for detail, e.g. ability to use basic creative tools such as Canva
  • A creative mind and a passion for storytelling.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to keep up with the latest trends and best practices.
  • A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
