Strategic Growth Lead 
�� Location: Hybrid (London-based, 1–2 days in office)
�� Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + bonus

Your Mission
This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a new international market for an expanding D2C British business. You’ll be the strategic and operational lead for one of their most ambitious markets—balancing creativity and commercial rigour to acquire customers, build brand awareness, and drive performance.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that acts like an internal start-up—lean, agile, and laser-focused on growth. You’ll have the chance to make this role your own, work autonomously, and be a core driver of international success. This is a dual strategic and implementation role. 

What You’ll Do
  • Lead on new Market Strategy: Build and execute the commercial roadmap. You’ll own acquisition, channel performance, partnerships, and growth initiatives—shaped by your insights and market understanding.
  • Own Customer Acquisition: Find new, efficient ways to reach new audiences. Test creative strategies across brand partnerships, influencer marketing, content, and more.
  • Drive Commercial Performance: Manage the marketing budget for your region- tracking spend, effectiveness, and performance metrics (CAC, AOV, LTV) 
  • Execute and Experiment: This is not a “playbook” role—you’ll be expected to develop your own growth plans, not just iterate on what’s worked before.
  • Manage External Partners: Lead the relationship with the external performance marketing agency 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with a lean internal team (CRM, design, content)- you’ll plug into these functions to achieve your goals.
What We're Looking For
  • 5–7 years’ experience in growth, strategy, brand, or marketing—ideally in a D2C, eCommerce, and/or high-growth environment
  • Strategic approach with the ability to pro-actively drive new growth road-maps 
  • generalist operator with strong commercial instinct and creative execution skills
  • Comfortable working solo in a flat team structure, with autonomy and agility
  • Able to craft your own strategy and deliver on it—without rigid processes
  • Experience managing lean marketing budgets and getting the most out of them
  • Strong grasp of brand partnerships, influencer strategy, and customer acquisition
  • collaborative communicator who thrives in an agile environment 
  • Exposure to international expansion or new market launches
