  • London | Hybrid 2–3 days in-office

The Strategic People Communications Consultant will lead the development and delivery of a global strategy that brings the organisation’s values and vision to life. You'll be responsible for embedding the employee value proposition through high-impact storytelling, compelling content, and world-class communications experiences—internally and externally.
  
The Strategic People Communications Consultant will:
– Lead a global IC and Employer Brand strategy, aligning with Brand, DEI and HR functions
– Own internal channels including intranet, town halls, and digital signage
– Partner with senior leaders to inform and inspire teams across all markets
– Manage campaign budgets and optimise spend for maximum engagement
– Embed measurement and feedback loops to evolve and improve communications
  
You Will Need:
– Proven experience in internal communications and employer branding at a global level
– Experience in a fast paced consumer led business
– Experience managing budgets and delivering across multiple channels and markets
