This venture backed D2C brand offer consumers a sustainable and natural alternative to an essential part of their daily routine. Their video content forms a huge part of their ongoing creative strategy. With a renewed focus on User Generated Content they're looking to bring in a Videographer to work in tandem with 2 specialist content creators to shoot innovative and social first video for use across all channels.


What they need -


  • A highly creative video specialist who is as confident concepting and shooting projects as they are editing and adapting for different channels (namely social)
  • Someone to take the lead on shooting content alongside two front of camera content creators - coming up with concepts and actioning these at pace, shooting on location as well as in the studio
  • A videographer who is also capable of jumping on other projects when needed (behind the scenes on studio shoots etc)
  • Someone who is hyper-curious and excited to be a part of the brands’ continued growth – a videographer who knows how to drive brand engagement for modern customers
  • Someone with a track record of producing engaging paid social videos, understanding the different nuances of each platform and taking a real test and learn approach to producing innovative, off the wall content for the business


What you're great at -


  • Producing video content, ideally for another D2C brand, but at the very least with an exceptional grasp of paid social, all the social platforms and the types of content that work across each
  • Working at pace (ideally for another agile start-up) and collaborating with the growing team to deliver exceptional content across all channels
  • You are as comfortable running a studio shoot (with a good understanding of studio lighting/processes etc) as you are shooting concepts around London town, with a focus on creating the most thumb-scroll stopping video content possible
  • Managing multiple projects at one time, brainstorming ideas for content, shooting and editing at pace
  • Bringing your creativity and commerciality to the role - understanding social metrics and what content will work best on each platform
