Building a partnership with the HR team

Leveraging our Performance Marketing network

Performance marketing specialist recruiter, Jasmin Eastwood, has worked with A.S. Watson Group on numerous recruitment projects.  

On one occasion, Jasmin was tasked with finding a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on paid search for the business.

This particular skill set is often in high demand and has a real shortage of candidates, but Jasmin was able to leverage her extensive network to provide the business with a number of suitable candidates. The successful candidate was Jennifer, who they absolutely loved for the digital team. 

Identifying hard to find data skillsets

At the height of the pandemic, the HR team at A.S. Watson Group briefed us on a Conversion Rate Analyst role. 

This role was still new to the market in 2020 and so there wasn’t an abundance of candidates specialising in the skillset. Additionally, the business was particularly keen to match the skills and personality fit to the role. As a result, a more thorough search was required for this role. 

Our specialist Data, Analytics, Insights and Research team worked closely with A.S. Watson Group to understand the type of candidate they wanted to hire. When they found Chris, they knew that it would be a strong culture fit for the team and for him.
