Actegy Health success story
Founded in 2003, Actegy delivers a lasting positive impact on everyday living by building superior consumer healthcare products that are innovative and therapeutic. Their product, Revitive, was created to provide drug-free relief from leg pain associated with poor circulation.
Our work with Actegy Health
We first started working with Actegy in 2023. The business needed the support of marketing recruitment agency, 3Search, as they looked to fill three vacant marketing jobs:
- Head of Marketing (maternity cover)
- Marketing Manager (French-speaking)
- Marketing Manager (German-speaking)
Targeted talent searches
Director, Liz Hopkins, and her team worked closely with Actegy’s hiring team and led the search for these marketing roles.
A targeted search was required for the language speaking Marketing Manager job roles. To continue building their marketing capabilities, Actegy were looking for candidates based in the UK, but fluent in French and German. This created a narrow talent pool. As a specialist marketing recruiter, Liz was able to leverage her unique perspective of the market to find excellent marketers quickly and efficiently.
I have worked with Liz and Scarlett this year to recruit for three important hires in my marketing team. My experience of working with them has been excellent and stress-free. For each process we went through a thorough briefing call where they really understood my requirements, gave me their market advice, set out clear process timelines for us and delivered on the assignments perfectly. Two of these roles were a little more tricky as they needed people to have specific language skills, but they filled all three of the roles very speedily and I’m delighted with the people they found for us.
