Building ClearScore’s product team
Specialist product management recruiter, Francesca Jackson, worked closely with ClearScore to ensure they had the talent they needed to achieve their objectives. The business was growing into the product space and needed a specialist to advise on and identify top candidates for their team. The search initially started with three product jobs but has since expanded.
To ensure that they were always aligned on the recruitment strategy, Francesca arranged weekly catch-up calls with the hiring team. In this time, Francesca presented new CVs to ensure that ClearScore always had access and visibility of the market.
Introducing a new perspective to ClearScore
Francesca worked directly with the VP of Product, taking time to understand their team, how they operated within the business and the challenges they were facing.
To bring in fresh ideas, the VP of Product was specifically looking for Product Managers with experience outside of the FinTech industry. This allowed Francesca to broaden the talent pool, engaging the very best product talent on the market.
We chose to work with 3Search in large part because of Chess and the way she talked about her approach in our initial conversation. Having now been working together for over two months I know that she absolutely lives that approach - and it works! Critically, she took the time to understand who we are as a company, who I am as a Product Management leader so she could find us the right people for us. Because she's active in the Product community in London, she was able to get multiple credible candidates for us to speak to quickly, tapping into her network. She works incredibly hard to keep recruitment processes moving and to keep us as the employer and the potential candidates well informed and up to date. The outcome? We've already had 1 person start and have another 2 starting in the next 2 months and more amazing candidates to interview in the pipeline - a great result.
