Developing an inhouse content team
DeMellier reached out to our specialist content recruiter, Sarah Perry, for support in bringing the function inhouse. The business had hit the stage in their growth where they wanted to move away from agency support and hire a permanent Senior Content Manager.
A consultative recruitment process
As this was an early hire into the business, Sarah worked closely with DeMellier’s Head of Marketing to define the Senior Content Manager job description. This included mapping the market to understand the budget required to hire.
