J. Parker's was established in 1933. The horticultural business has a loyal customer base and a growing online presence. Known for delivering high-quality plants, bulbs, and gardening supplies, the business has evolved its ecommerce capabilities in recent years to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding digital audience. 

In 2025, J. Parker's decided it was time to take their ecommerce strategy to the next level. To do this, they needed to hire an Ecommerce Manager.

With the Head of Marketing increasingly tied up in day-to-day digital operations, the business needed to bring in an Ecommerce Manager who could take ownership of online performance. This new hire would free up senior leadership to focus on long-term projects.
