We are officially expanding our specialist digital and marketing recruitment agency into Manchester. 3Search Manager, Andy Larkin, is excited to be heading up our expansion into the Greater Manchester area. 

The growth of our marketing recruitment agency 

Since 2014, we have developed effective recruitment methods in the highly competitive London recruitment market. We have focused on growing and developing our teams to hone our skills and expertise, whilst also recruiting in different regions across the UK, Europe and North America.  

For example, our specialist recruitment consultants have supported a wide variety of companies with their hiring as they expand into the UK for the first time or take their UK-based company overseas into Europe and North America. As a result, we have often adopted a recruit-from-afar model, which is now being widely used by our North American recruitment team. 

With this experience, we believe that we now have the right skills, knowledge and people in place to expand our reach and support even more employers with their Manchester marketing jobs.

Get to know Greater Manchester marketing recruiter, Andy Larkin

Largely known as a London marketing recruitment agency, 3Search has a lot to prove in this new region. So, it's only right that we have someone from the area lead the way. 

AndyLarkin has been an integral part of the 3Search team since 2017. He joined the company to take on the challenge of building out our CRM recruitment desk from scratch. During this time, he has become well-known as the go-to recruiter in this space, with his knowledge and expertise seen as truly specialist by his clients and candidates. In his time with the company so far, he has created a market that has helped us become the specialist marketing recruitment agency that we are today.  

Now, it's time for Andy to turn his attention to a new area of marketing recruitment which he already knows a lot about.

An update on the CRM recruitment team

Amrita Bhogal has joined the business to lead our specialist CRM recruitment function. She has over 6 years of experience recruiting marketers for a wide range of companies and will be specialising in recruiting for management to senior CRM hires. 

Suzannah Teggart has been with 3Search since 2021 and has played an integral role in building CRM teams for a number of brands. She will be continuing to assist employers with junior CRM hires.
