Meet Amy Senior, Creative Brand Director at The Hair Movement... 

Amy was a hair stylist for the company when she decided that she wanted to delve into the world of marketing.  

School of Marketing’s apprenticeship was the perfect solution! With School of Marketing, Amy is able to learn brand new skills whilst continuing to do the job that she loves. Plus, she’s working towards a nationally recognised digital marketing qualification that will super-charge her career in marketing.  

One aim of the program is to create a wider talent pipeline by introducing people to the sector for the first time. Not only do they gain a strong understanding of marketing principles and beyond, but also gain a credible qualification that will ensure a future-proof marketing career. 

When Amy first started the apprenticeship, she was worried that she would find the work/education split difficult to manage. But thanks to the level of communication and support that she has received from both her company and School of Marketing, she has never looked back. Amy says, the program is ‘incredibly easy, incredibly manageable, definitely, definitely worth it’. 

School of Marketing’s apprenticeships are made up of a combination of teacher-led sessions, independent learning and project work. All 63 modules are taught online, giving greater flexibility. And as if that wasn’t enough, students also get access to...
