We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a great construction business. This role focuses on executing and optimising digital initiatives with an emphasis on content performance, and user engagement. The successful candidate will collaborate with the wider team to support internal and external communications, maintain digital channels, and drive measurable growth through insight-led strategies.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and report on digital campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits to improve website visibility.
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of social media content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand standards.
  • Coordinate and distribute internal email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.
  • Perform routine website updates including content refreshes, landing page creation, and minor troubleshooting in collaboration with web developers or IT as needed.
  • Monitor digital trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
  • Maintain and organise campaign assets, reports, and schedules to support project management across the marketing team.
  • Manage and maintain mailing lists (GDPR-compliant).
  • Archive and tag digital assets for easy access and reuse.
  
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B or construction-related environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a strong understanding of key metrics and digital reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword tools, content optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn mainly).
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and understanding of campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Craft CMS) and able to execute minor updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
