The business has been established for over a decade and now looking to take advantage of it's Global market share and grow their d2c proposition.


The Ecommerce French Manager will:

  • Establish and enhance brand presence in the French market.
  • Lead and optimize French eCommerce initiatives with a marketer's mindset.
  • Manage the budget for the French market, setting and achieving cross-channel targets.
  • Optimize digital content for the French website, focusing on user experience, SEO, and conversion.
  • Support retail and distributor partnerships to deliver a brand-enhancing retail strategy.
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns (including paid, social, email, affiliate/influencer, and SMS).
  • Tailor visual content and develop compelling marketing materials for the French audience.
  • Answer customer service comments and support tickets from French customers.
  • Monitor key competitors in the French market, tracking performance and making data-driven decisions.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up context.
  • Success in sales and marketing, especially in digital/eCommerce companies.
  • Experience in consumer/D2C growth marketing.
  • Strong commercial ownership and the ability to drive commercial growth.
  • Native fluency in French and fluency in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.


  • Competitive salary within the range of £45,000 - £55,000.
