£80,000 – £120,000

We’re working with a unique global membership organisation that brings together some of the world’s most inspiring next-gen UHNW individuals. Sponsored by a one of the world’s largest and most reputable banks and with members in over 75 countries, they curate exceptional experiences that blend community, purpose, and understated luxury.

They’re now seeking an Event Lead to take ownership of all in-person events across the globe – from intimate regional gatherings through to their flagship annual reunion. It’s a genuinely unique opportunity to shape once-in-a-lifetime moments for a remarkable community.
  
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to create magic, a strategic doer who understands the value of detail, design, and emotional impact.
  
The Event Lead will:

• Own the end-to-end event strategy and delivery across local, regional, and global locations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and member-led committees to deliver high-touch events. You will lead on the creative vision and operational planning of said event. Think villa takeovers, cultural immersions, and off-the-grid dinners.
• Build trust-based relationships with a global community of highly accomplished members.
• Travel internationally to scope, plan, and deliver events on the ground.

  
Required skills and experience:

• Extensive experience delivering complex, high-end events with multiple stakeholders for UHNW clientele.
• A creative eye and appreciation for elevated design and meaningful detail.
• Experience working in UHNW, private membership, luxury, or Financial Services environments
• Emotionally intelligent, culturally curious, and confident engaging with a global audience
• Based near an international airport and happy to travel when needed
