Up to £90,000 + bonus We’re working with a high-growth Financial Services firm that’s reshaping how businesses manage FX risk and treasury. With a strong client base, proven product, and serious growth plans, they’re now hiring a senior marketer to take full ownership of the function and help drive the next stage of their journey.
The Head of Marketing will: - Develop and execute a B2B demand generation strategy aligned to business growth goals, optimising lead generation and nurturing programmes to drive pipeline activity.
- Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email platforms, analysing and optimising the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-off.
- Partner with Sales to align messaging, targeting, and enablement tools.
- Lead and develop a small team, managing agencies and consultants where needed.
Required skills and experience: - Proven experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within FinTech, SaaS or Financial Services.
- Hands-on and strategic, comfortable building plans and rolling your sleeves up to deliver them.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, creative, and commercially minded.
- Experience with tools like Pardot, HubSpot or similar.
