I have partnered with a leading B2B Fintech in the payments and processing area to find them an exceptional Head of Product. This company is exciting and one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. It has an inspiring product leadership team and has created a strong Product and customer-centric culture.

 

About the Head of Product

 

The Head of Product, Payments will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team of Product Managers, with accountability for the development, delivery and performance of payments products. This role is both a hands-on role and a management role.

 

They will work closely with the Chief Product Officer to define the product vision, strategy and roadmap, taking ownership of the delivery and ongoing success of the payments roadmap.

 

  • Set OKRs for your products and lead your team to execute against those OKRs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and development for your team to execute high-quality deliverables including but not limited to.
  • Actively develop and manage relationships with payment schemes and key suppliers, both at operational and strategic levels.

 

To apply and be suitable we are looking for:

 

  • You must have UK Payments experience as a Product Leader from a scale-up or startup 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, you can change and pivot if needed
  • Skilled at developing, leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with payment schemes.
  • You want to build something extraordinary and are willing to go that extra mile.
