Our client, a leading digital-first DTC health and wellness brand based in London, is seeking an experienced Influencer and Partnerships Manager to join their innovative team. You'll play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement through strategic influencer collaborations and partnerships.
The Influencer and Partnerships Manager will:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the businesses growth plans.
- Identify and engage potential influencers for collaborations and partnerships, negotiating contracts and compensation.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure brand alignment and create compelling content.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights to enhance the businesses influencer marketing strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating new approaches into campaigns as appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment across channels.
Essential Skills:
- 2-3 years’ experience in influencer and partnership marketing within a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer landscape with established contacts in the industry.
- Knowledge of DTC and ecommerce, with a focus on leveraging influencers for brand growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in social media platform algorithms and performance analytics.
